What is Vitacost InfantHealth Liquid Vitamin D Drops for Kids?
Vitacost liquid form of vitamin D ideal for anyone who has trouble swallowing capsules. It features vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), the same form of vitamin D the body produces when skin is exposed to ultraviolet radiation from the sun.
Increased use of sunscreen and less time spent outdoors can result in less-than-optimal natural vitamin D production by the body. In addition, few natural foods contain vitamin D in sufficient quantity to meet Daily Value needs. Liquid Vitamin D drops is a good source of vitamin D, supplying 10 mcg (400 IU) per single-drop serving.

Invert Bottle 2-3 Times Prior to Removing Cap. Remove cap and invert slowly until 1 drop dispenses into a spoon or drink. Then immediately turn bottle upright. (Note, inverting bottle completely will cause drips to dispense quickly).
As a dietary supplement for infants from birth through 12 months of age, administer 1 drop per day; For children from 1 through 3 years of age, administer 1 drop twice per day; or administer as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed suggested serving.
